Easy Way To Lose Weight – Day 1


In this hands on testing of an easy way to lose weight  a raw food diet is not just only under close scrutiny and theoretical evatualtion but actually employed. A case study is in the process of being conducted, aiming to establish facts about easy weight loss the healthy and natural way. While losing weight quickly most certainly is one of the primary goals, doing it in a healthy and life confirming fashion that supports well being on the way, is equaly important. What good does it do us to be more slender yet suffering from the typical problems that come with eating a SAD?!

This by no means is to promote a raw food life style or even force it on anyone. Born out of curiosity and due to raw foodists claiming to regain perfect health and easy weight loss for themselves a hands on test is being conducted in order to see what holds true and what does not.

In this particular case study it will be a specific form of raw food being tested called the 80/10/10 diet. The numbers relate as follows: 80% of the daily food intake is from carbohydrates, 10% from protein and the remainíng 10% from fat. According to Dr Graham from the foodnsport website who has brought about this diet we consider the 2 10% numbers to be the absolute maximum and strive for an even lower intake of both protein and fat.

Day 1 list of foods consumed:

11:50 am   1.5 bananas, 1 lemon, 0.5 mango

00:35 pm   1 banana, 1 apel, 1 stick of sellery, 2 leaves of salad

01.50 pm   a stick of sellerie, a tomato

02.45 pm   hazelnuts,  1 banana

03:10 pm   grapes

07:40 pm 1 banana

08:25 pm 1 tomato

08:55 pm 2 carrotts, 0.5 kohlrabi

09:50 pm 1 banana, 0.5 lemon

11:0 2 tomots, 0.5 cucumber, escallion

00:50 am hazelnuts

01:45 am 0.3 mango, 1 banana, 0.5 lemon

Looking over this list it shows that there is no real meal plan per se. Just eating once the urge strikes. There are also no times where a bigger consumption of food occured. This is a completely individual choice though. Of course, it could have been a bowl of salad as well or breakfast type of situation where you consume a heap of fruits or veggies in one go.

Additionally, what has not been mentioned yet is liquids. There was a roibush tea in the morning and in the course of the day a regular intake of water. That was it.

Motion:

In order to further support this project of an easy way to lose weight  hours and about 0 minutes of walking were accomplished. Nothing challenging, just simply walking at a leisurely pace.

The daily food intake will be posted and finally a table that shows the overall weight loss. Furthermore, every day will go deeper into the subject matter of this weight loss approach and explain why it is considered to be one of the best ways to lose weight fast at all.
