Easy Way To Lose Weight – Day 2


Day 2 of this raw food approach of an easy way to lose weight was Good Friday. When starting out with raw food people often report about experiencing detox symptoms. For those who are not familiar with detoxification, here is a short overview:

Over time we accumulte a multitude of toxins in our system which the body had no chance to flush out yet. Those come from a variety of sources such as food itself, stress, medications, smoking, alcohol or as byproducts of food like e.g. artificial coloring, artificial sweeting and artificial preservation. There surely even more sources of toxins but these are just a quick reference in order to give you an idea.

The blood stream, which we need to look at first, requires a very finely tuned ph level which needs to be consistant at all times in order to transport the blood that nourishes all areas in our body accordingly. Now, if we experience acidity that is beyond the required ph level the body needs to store the acids somewhere to make sure they do not get into the blood stream. This mostly is accomplished by storing it in fat cells or addipose tissue as well as the liver.

When changing to a raw food diet we tanke in primarily alkaline foods and hardly any foods that will cause accidity in the body. 07:50 pm   1 carrot, 0.5 kohrabi

08:45 pm   0.5 kohlrabi

10:10 pm   1 banana, 0.3 mango, 0.5 lemon (smoothie)

00:40 am   1 tomato

01:15 am   hazelnuts

01:20 am   1 banana, hazelnuts
